Droid Turbo: Any way to reduce background noise when recording video?

Does any know of any tip/trick to reduce background noise when video recording with the turbo?
I have a G2 and that one focus the sound recording on the subject in your video where was it seems like the Turbo will take in all the sound in the environment, sometime it seems like the capture background noise is actually louder in the video than what it should be.

Noise cancelation is something that is built into your device. There are a couple of apps that claim to do this or improve your existing equipment, however I haven't seen one with a really good rating, so low review scores. You could try one of those.
