Screen Not Auto Rotating - Box is checked

Anyone else have this issue with the Turbo? I've rebooted, even did a factory reset and still won't rotate..

I got stuck in landscape orientation in the YouTube app earlier, but it resolved itself. Maybe you have a faulty accelerometer? Try downloading some kind of car racing type app that uses your accelerometer to steer (Extreme Car Driving Simulator has it- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aim.racing&hl=en

Sounds like that's what is..any ideas how to fix? May just have to get this one swapped out..only had for a month

I doubt there's an easy way to fix it. Getting a replacement is honestly your best bet

How long did this issue take to resolve? My son had this happen to him last night. I rebooted but, no luck.

Take your SIM out, reset the phone and set it up again with your account etc. Then insert the SIM again.

You'll loose all your data when resetting though so only do this if all else fails.

But, the phone doesn't have a Sim card.

Yes actually it does, carefully remove the volume rocker by pulling it straight out, it lives under there. Consult the owners manual or if in doubt take it to a Verizon store.
