I did a factory reset on my Droid Turbo last week (long story), and now all calls show as "Unknown", even if I have that contact saved. I'm guessing my Contacts and my Phone aren't "talking" to each other like they should, but I'm not sure how to solve it. I'm not super tech savvy , but I am very good at following directions.
