Interesting MMS Error. (Pending)

So today when I send a MMS it acts like it is sending and then I get a new icon I've never seen before and if I click on it it I get a option to view report - it then says Pending. The thing is, the MMS is sent and delivered. So it's going through but I'm not sure why I'm getting this weird icon.

Anyone else see this?

Just to update anyone who may be curious I just performed a hard reset and the issue is gone. So it looks like it was not on Verizon's side.
