Startup Apps not starting up i.e. JuiceDefender and Tasker?

So recently a lot of my apps havent been starting on startup like they usually do. The list includes:

Juice Defender
Tasker
Skype
SPC

I think also the services for:
Titanium Backup
Rom Manager

I say Rom Manager and Titanium Backup because my scheduled backup dont happen.

These app all work perfectly fine if I start it up on my own.

I have not changed Roms or Kernels in about 6 weeks and the problem has only been happening for about a week or two.

Any suggestions on what to do? Ive tried reinstalling the apps and that did not work :-(

Looks like Better Keyboard is another one. I have to go in and set this as the default keyboard on each boot :-(

Any one have any idea about this?
