Hi and welcome to AC. Since you were using ROM Manager I'm assuming that you were trying to install a custom ROM, correct? Can you still get into recovery? If you can I would suggest going into recovery and flashing the ROM manually. A lot of people seem to have nthing but trouble with ROM Manager. Good luck.
