How do you unroot?

I need to return my Rezound and swap it for another one. How do I unroot my phone properly after using HTCdev and flashing a recovery and all that? I need to return it tomorrow, just looking for someone kind enough to write a step by step guide for me on what to do, I'm sure it would help others out as well. I want to get rid of any traces. I appreciate all the help and time, thanks

Uh Bud, My understanding is that unlocking the bootloader and permanent root is irreversible. I would restore all the bloatware to your phone so it looks as normal as possible, and remove any apps that only run with root access. Odds are Verizon representative won't check if its unlocked and rooted. They will probably just see it it boots normally. Just my opinion though.
