Hi all, I wanted to ask if it's normal to have such high usage in the background like Google play services and store even though I'm not using it. I am a first time android user so I have no idea what it is.

Hi all, I wanted to ask if it's normal to have such high usage in the background like Google play services and store even though I'm not using it.

Play store might be updating an app. Play services is a lot of things that used to be separate apps that Android needs.

And that's percentage of the total amount used, not percentage of battery. So if 10% of the battery has been used, 8.1% would mean 0.81% of the battery.
