Multi window

Hi.

The multi window tab on my phone suddenly went white after I restarted my phone. Now I can't move it horizontally/buttom or top, only to the sides.
I've tried restarting and factory reset.

Does someone know how to fix this?

well, i immediately thought of two things i would personally try:
1. battery pull
2. depress back button to eliminate multi-window, then depress again to reinitialize.

edit: this seems to be the new config. for 4.3 and as nlitenme stated there are no changes to be made.

Ok. It must be the update.
I updated my s3 as well, and now I have the same problem on my s3.
I'll wait and see if the 4.4 update will fix it.

After I updated, my tab was still blue & up top. Restarting didn't matter. But as soon as I went to change the location of the tab, it went to the new design.

As far as I know, there is no "fixing" it. The new design is white & for some reason they made it to where it can only go on the sides.

Maybe if enough people give feedback, they'll give the ability to change the colors &/or put it on the top & bottom again.

The note 2 and s3 updates made multi Window more like it is on the note 3. Smaller white tab and it can not be placed on the top or bottom anymore. The note 3 is the same way.
