The AT&T packet came in today for trading in the device. I wouldn't trust that little package at all. Someone would know its a phone for sure in that.

LOL, I know right. I put my phone in it and put it in the box N20U came in.

This is why I drove 30 mins to a corporate store and turned my trade in there. Peace of mind knowing they took possession of it & and it was undamaged.

I tried to call ATT this morning asking them about it since they received it Friday AM. They said give it a few days for them to process it. Not much else than that. I should of taken it to the store honestly.

As long it is showed delivered it is on their end. Does it show received from tracking? I know USPS sucks with PLD (package level detail)

Yeah, UPS and FedEx are among the best, but I actually like UPS a lot more.

Now I'm getting upset. AT&T still hasnt marked it as received and it'll be a week tomorrow. Wtf. I've called them twice and the last time talked to someone in the trade in department and she said a few more days.. Covid has delayed their process. Grr.

No, I couldn't because I already filled out the info on that page at the time. They wouldn't allow me any more.

My corporate store said that I couldn’t do it there since it was initiated via CS. Do I call bs?
