Bluetooth trouble playing music.

In my car and my portable speaker in my house, when playing music it makes a noise that sounds like a skip from a record. Any one else have the same trouble? If so is there somthing I can do to fix it?
It's very annoying.

I have a 14 accord with a usb port that supports ipod/iphone only, so now I'm forced to use the Bluetooth and it works perfect. Skips like twice in the beginning during the initial pairing process then it's solid.

Its sporadically doing it. I purchased the Harman/Kardon portable speaker it's more noticeable in the beginning but does get better.

Yes I have this Bluetooth skipping issue on all three Bluetooth devices i use.. so irritating. I don't know how I can fix it.. definitely a note 4 issue.
