It's either Comcast or the phone. I tried someone else's house same problem maybe I disabled something or time to do new update?

Download Ookla Speedtest, run it, take a screen shot and post it.

If you can, also run it when you're connected to the other WiFi connection, and also when you're disconnected from WiFi. (standalone on 4G LTE)

I didn't have a wifi problem to begin with but some have reported improved wifi performance after update
