This has fine on fire a while and none of you have been able to help! 
I was ready to send the print back to Samsung did their $70 refurbishing. Mary, the Samsung tech support and I went over incoming settings on my Note 4, which were horrendously slow on opening emails with pictures or attachments, sometimes 5 minutes of watching the circular arrow on my main GoDaddy finding email account. The settings were identical to those on my Note 2 which had no delay at all.
Mary told me to call GoDaddy because the phones are different. Both were using mail.mydomain.com as the incoming pop3 server. GoDaddy told me it should be pop.secureserver.net and that fixed it. The old/incorrect server was Ok for the Note 2 not the Note 4. Go figure
