Buy or order Note 5 from Best Buy and price difference

So I'm looking to buy 2 note 5's 64gb for myself and my wife. My wife is not up yet but they told me if we trade her S4 we can get her one under the monthly payment plan and this ends Aug 29.

Also the VZW Web site is saying 33 a month and best buy is 32. Why?

The issue is I cannot find any near by that are carrying it, can best buy order it and lock everything in with the monthly deal?

Fyi, at&t is $28/month for the 64gb... and they'll give you a $100 credit per line for switching and a buyback credit for trade-in smartphones.
