Note 5 and Android 6.0 compatibility

Hi Friends. My phones two touchable butons are lighting randomly after download android 6.0.

if two buttons on the lighting loop, i cant use touch screen.

i'm reset the phone with factory root method and my problem is ended. but if i update the default samsung applications on my phone, problem is be formed again.

is it about note 5 and android 6.0 compabtibility, or another one situation ?

Do you have problem like this ?

And Turkey's samsung call center ask to me, did you use any other brand external battery or powerbank.. i did'nt but is it relational this situation ?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify--did you root the phone? Are you talking about factory resetting the phone using the Recovery menu?

Try factor reset again....but don't allow updates, stop them. Update one at a time, to see if you can find the perhaps, rouge app that might be causing this. Just an idea.
