hi when can i get the update for my note 5?

i have bought a phone and since then no new update and in my phone i dont get wife in long distance. i have to stay around 10 feet near but my other phone gets it much far from that. and the other thing is i can only use it with 2g mode or else i miss some calls my network bar goes down. i couldnt find a matching firmware too.
model number is SM-N920A.
build number is LMY47XN(@)AUCU1AOGG.
baseband number N920AUC2AOJ1.

please help i cant use internet like this its very difficult.

920a appears to be the AT&T branded version of the phone. Have you checked that this sub-model supports the frequencies used by your local carrier for 4g/lte. This is very common stateside between phones that are branded for different carriers, as AT&T uses different LTE bands than say, T-Mobile.
As far as the wifi, can't say too much about that without knowing more about the network you're connecting to. Is it just at this location you can't get outside of a 10ft radius of the router, or is this anywhere you go with it and wifi not working properly? It could be a faulty wifi antenna in the phone if it happens everywhere.
