Will the SM-N920R6 Custom from addROM.com work with the SM-N920R7?

[Android Central Question]

I have the SM-N920R7 Note 5 from C-Spire, and its currently samsung account locked with no way to bypass(As far as ik) so i need to flash a new rom to it, i have no idea what im doing and was watching a tutorial till i ran into this problem.
