Just curious how the process works or if anyone has been through it switching from Verizon to AT&T? Really tired of the Verizon BS and all the hoops you have to jump through with customer service. AT&T also gets much better service in our area. I do know AT&T will help pay off the ETF and phones was just curious how that all works.

Hope you like DirecTV banners on your phone! :D (Not bashing AT&T or DirecTV, since that's our TV provider, but some people have reacted quite negatively to the DirecTV banner notifications on the AT&T phones.)
