Skype calls

My work calls come to me via Skype. (I work from home.) I usually answer them on my laptop. A call came in after I shut the laptop off yesterday (twice) and I tried to answer with Note 7 but seemed to only break the connection. I received Skype calls with my Note 4 many times. I had a coworker try calling my extension this morning and Skype on the Note 7 never showed it ringing. Anybody else encountered this? Any suggestions?

That's odd. I haven't heard of this problem. I would try to clear cache and app data on the app

Cleared all settings and reset. Working now. I think I inadvertently originally answered No for letting Skype handle calls.
