Uninstalling apps

So I have the T-Mobile Note 8 and I have noticed something recently when uninstalling app in that it takes a while to uninstall and then it stays in the notification bar area saying it's uninstalling when it's already uninstalled. Has anyone run into this yet?

It's a notification, not a process indicator, so it's there till acknowledged.

The thing is it acts as a process indicator cause I see the line going back and forth like it's processing

Are you using an SD card? Is part of the app there and on the internal memory?

I'm seeing the same thing. No apps on the SD card for me. It's not really a problem, it's just odd

Seems whoever was in charge of the decision tree for notifications, and its customization, is a let down.
Rarely does an awaited update reduce a products usefulness as much as this last one.
Hopefully they clean it up in the next update.
