Wifi calling notification

My phone forced me to update to Pie on Verizon. That annoying Wifi Calling notification is back! If I tap to set it up I get a notification to try again later. I have used the "fix" in the Verizon forums (Apps>System Apps>Wifi Calling>Clear data>Force Stop) and it removes the notification temporarily but it returns if I restart my phone. Does anyone have a permanent fix for this issue? I have no need for this feature. Thanks in advance for your help!

Bring the phone to a Verizon store and ask them for assistance. (If the sales associate doesn't know how, s/he has access to technical help they you and we don't.)
