How do I go back to previous update?

I updated my phone last week or so. I assume the 2.3.6 that shows as my "Android Version" is what was updated. Since the update, I can no longer keep the home row of lights "Always On," websites often don't work and I get a message of "website unavailable," and Pandora often takes several minutes to load the first song. I had none of these issues before. So, is there a way to undo the update?

+1 its awesome so far I also had the touch light bug but it's fixed with the ics update ;-)
