    I have all options. Phone connects to 2g and 3g fine but as soon as choose 4g it don't connect.

    Samsung galaxy s10 doesn't connect G4 data but it's okay with G3 data.Giffgaff are the carriers

    Welcome to Android Central! You need to make sure your phone supports GiffGaff's LTE bands, which are 1, 3, 8, 20, and 40: https://www.4g.co.uk/giffgaff-4g-cov...twork-summary/

    Also, make sure your APN settings are correct for GiffGaff:

    Thanks. I think you mean SMG973F but that's good as it's the international model which is aimed at us in the UK. Check out B.Diddy's post and if everything matches you may need to contact GiffGaff as the sim may be faulty.

    Also, look for the Preferred Network Type option in your system settings and make sure it's not set to 2G/3G only.

    Yes it automatically locks on to giffgaff the carriers.

    There is slide button to say if you want G4 but it isn't highlighted to use.l recon phone automatically senses carriers available data connectivity. Get 3 options to connect data.2G 2G/3G 4G/3G/2G automatically

    How about in right corner at top 3 dots anything says reset?

    Something obvious has been overlooked, maybe there isn't good 4G coverage available. Can you get good 4G signal with a different phone on giffgaff? They run on O2, which isn't exactly the biggest network in the country.

    Also, post a screenshot of your APN settings so we can verify they're set correctly.

    For reference, Mustang wants you to do this... There definitely IS a 3 dot menu.
