accidentally formatting the internal (S3Mini)

I accidentally format the internal memory, and now my S3MINI so it does not appear animated when filling batteries are switched off. What anyone have a solution for the case of damage to my S3MINI this? My device SIII Mini V.5.1.1 CM12, answer, thanks so much
