software problem of my phone bought from foreign country Dubai i live in india

I use samsung s3 mini in india my phon was bought from dubai the problem is

When I was viewing my gallery my phone samsung s3 mini got stuck and I removed my battery and thephone was not working after that it is blinking s3 mini logo
So I went to Samsung service centre they told me that this phone is bought from Dubai we don't have the software here in India for ur phone u must show this phone from which country u have bought this phone they. Told me that it is a software problem
Please help me Solve this problem

No I can't enter there... Nothing happens when I press volume up + power button or volume up + power + home button ......
But when I press volume down + power + home button it shows Warning. Download custom OS

It sounds like a problem with the firmware. You could try flashing the appropriate firmware using Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html
