"Android is upgrading" everytime when the phone is turning on

Hello!
Samsung Galaxy SIII, the firmware CM11.
Every time when the phone is turning on, the window 'Android is upgrading' and 'Optimising app [some number] of 50' is popped.

What's wrong? It started after installing CM13 and then installing CM11 again (installing using TWRP, not backup).In the developer options runtime is set to Dalvik.
