So I've had the following issue for about two months now and it's too humorous for me to fix. This is on a Verizon GS3 but since it's the stock email app, I'm assuming that it is not limited to the Verizon model.
One of my synced accounts is a Yahoo! account that is syncing via IMAP in the stock email client. It is set to sync the inbox only. However, one day, I was waiting for a specific email so I manually browsed to the spam folder and let it sync. Since then, my email notification for the stock email client has been different. Instead of telling me I have new email, it shows me the following which was an item that was in my spam folder on that particular day.
Anyone else experience anything similar?
