phone fully charged. signal loss and froze

my phone was fully charged, i lost signal and my phone froze and switched off. i switched it back on and it was working again. it went down from 100% to 92% when i switched it back on. advice?

Ignore the larger-than-normal drop and just keep an eye on it in the future.
