Safestrap, Android 4.3, S4 Verizon

Does anyone know of roms which are android 4.3 and work on safestrap on Verizon S4? I believe there is a reason why not, but I don't recall that reason. Kernel maybe?

Safestrap has to use the Touchwiz stock kernel. We won't get 4.3 until VZW releases it ...

Ok I have safestrap and heard you can use voodoo ota to keep root but whenever I try to update it says fail. Is this because of safestrap?
