How can I root my AT&T Galaxy S4 on Lollipop?

Rooting AT&T Galaxy s4 on lolipop

I'm trying to find the best way to root my At&t Galaxy S4 (i377) running android 5.0.1 without bricking it. Any recommendations? Build # LRX22c.1337ucugoc3

Welcome to Android Central!

If you updated to the latest build than you have a locked bootloader. You might not be able to root as of right now.

Despite the ATT S4 having a locked bootloader, there IS a way to root your S4 on Lollipop; you have to downgrade back to 4.4.2 (I337UCUFNB1) and then upgrade to Lollipop (I337UCUGOC3) using another method.

i dont understand which one i want to click. I have lollipop and want to go to kitkat to root. after that do i go to the first one to go back to lollipop?

You can use Kingroot

you can use the apk app or the PC version. N. B its in Chinese for the PC app.
