email help

hi i get notifications that i have email but when i click on the notification it dissapears and then i load email client(stock) and nothing loads its as if it deletes the email from the notification bar.

Well once you clear the notification bar you aren't going to see anything if I am understanding you. I am not quite sure what you really mean if you can expand on it.

hi, i get a notification in the statuss bar at top saying theres an email, i pull screen down and ten tap on email then it just dissapears, then if i goto email app theres no email,
