S4 battery

Hi when I plug my s4 to charger and I disconnect it from charging when it's 40%. the battery increases slowly till it reaches 10% more then it starts to decrease. Is it normal? Pls help

Welcome to Android Central.

That does not look like normal behavior and I certainly never had anything like that on my S4. My initial reaction is to ask if the battery is faulty in some way.
