Back button goes off at random.

Hey Guys and Girls

I have a phone where the back button is stuck or something like that. It kepps closing my apps when I have them open. It's really annoying and I hope there is someone here who can come up with a proposal for what I can do about it. I have tried to turn off all air moves, I have tried to restart to factory settings.

If a factory reset didn't fix it, then it might be a hardware issue, which would require getting the phone replaced.

When did this start? Had you recently installed a new app when it started? Does it only close certain apps, or every app? I ask because I can imagine (though I don't know that such a thing exists) that you could have installed an app that is causing this problem. If you reinstalled everything after the factory reset and it was still happening, it could be an app issue. If you really enjoyed that reset , you could do another one and reinstall apps one or two at a time to see if you can isolate an app that causes the problem.

Tried factory reset 3 times, an still does it. Its every app, tekstmessages, phonebook..

It sounds to me like a defect in the phone itself. But someone else here may have a better idea!
