Samsung Galaxy S4 wont charge or turn on. Tried everytjing, help.
This started about 3 weeks ago. Sgh-1337M Lollipop. It wont charge or turn on. Computer doesnt recognize it. Have tried multiple batteries. Whenever a battery is placed in, it turns on then shuts off at the Samsung Logo. Same thing happens when I try to charge it. I am currently truing an S6 charger on it. It started charging then turned off. I am currently just leaving the charger plugged into the phone to see if it turns on but its been 5 hours, no improvement and its still not turning on. Does the phone need to factory reset? If so how do I do that if it wont respond? I honestly dont know what to do. How to fix this issue? Have had the phone for a year now.
