Samsung Galaxy S5 ~~ (1.) Block emails w/o typing address, (2.) NON G-mail viewed / deleted issue

1. (Block e-mails from businesses I am no longer interested in): It appears that I can only stop unwanted e-mails from various senders by manually TYPING IN EACH incoming e-mail address ... isn't there an EASIER way? (On my desktop in Outlook, I simply right click, choose Junk, then Block)
2. (Show my Hotmail / Yahoo e-mails "Opened" or "Deleted" on my home computer after viewing on S5): When I read or delete an e-mail on my S5 that is not GMAIL, they are still SHOWING UP on my home computer. How do I "tie-in" these two together? I have been booting up my desktop just to remove these. Thanks!

Press and hold the offending email and select the block sender icon on the bottom menu that appears ie a circle with a diagonal line

no such icon on the bottom of my galaxy 5s when I press on the offending email
