Galaxy S5 reset password didn't work, what can I do?

galaxy5 reset password didnt work

for some reason my finger print stopped opening my phone for me. I tried the " find device reset password" but now screen keeps saying incorrect password. please help

Welcome to Android Central!

Try using Android Device Manager to unlock the phone. You will need to log in with your Google account to send the unlock request. You basically hit lock phone and then it will ask you to put in a new password on the webpage. Then you hit unlock and it should unlock the phone or you might have to use the new password you sent to your phone.
