S6 connects to wifi, but wifi wont work. How can I get it working?

S6 connects to wifi, but wifi wont work

I've tried multiple wifi connections and my s6 will connect to them but when connected nothing that requires data loads at all and as soon as I'm off wifi my phone will load everything using mobile data. I've only had the phone a few days and have used almost 3 gigs of data please help!

Try:
1. Disable "Smart Network Switch" under Wifi Menu
2. Disable power saving
3. Disable Download booster on Settings.
4. Update to latest 5.1.1 Lollipop
