My old GS6 broke and the screen won't turn on and the computer won't read the phone. All I see it a green led. It also gets tremendously hot when plugged in. Backing up my contacts to Google or the sim card never worked. Now on my new phone I have no contacts. Do you think there's away for me to get my contacts back or no. Thank you

I HIGHLY recommend saving contacts to your Google account from now on so you don't end up in this situation again.
