Charging/Charged only LED? - Galaxy S6

I would like to only have the LED light up when my phone is charging (red) or fully charged (green), I dont want any flashing or other colors. I cant figure out how without turning the whole thing off. I want to be able to look at my phone and tell if its charging with a glance and with the other notifications over taking the LED I cant tell at a glance.

Is there a way to have the LED on with the screen on too? I use my phone as a GPS all the time but you have to read the little icon in the status bar to see if its charging. I would like to be able to see its plugged in much more easily. I use waze as my phones GPS if that makes a difference.

thanks. i downloaded Light Manager instead and it seems to be doing the trick. any ideas for keeping it on while the screen is on too? so when im using it as a GPS with Waze i can easily tell its charging.

if there is an option for waze to show a notification while it's running then you can set lightmanager to light the led up for the waze notification... maybe, never used lightmanager before.
or you can get an app that can show a smiley face in the status bar while charging
