My samsung s6 went crazy

[Android Central Question]

I was normally using it and while I plugged it in, I noticed that the fast charging was not working and it wasn't charging well, almost as if the wire was broken.
Then I started kept opening accessibilities and the camera randomly (as if I was pressing the home button multiple times) and the lock button didn't work, except for a few times. I resetted the whole phone but it only made it worse, it's impossible to use it cause it keeps bugging. Does anyone know what might be the reason for it to crash like this?

Welcome to Android Central! When you say you reset the whole phone, do you mean a factory reset? If so, after the reset, did you reinstall all of the same apps?
