- Is the Starry Bay Tempered Glass Anti-Scratch Screen Protector good?

- Is it glass or a soft cover?

In a couple of places on the product page it says glass. In others it says plastic

- Are the soft plastic covers in general, good enough to provide impact protection in the (inevitable) events of dropping the phone (when combined with a case?)

The ad says this one can reach hardness 9H.

Do these screen protectors start off soft, and get hard after wetting? Or something similar?
