What screen protector will you be using?

Always had good luck with the AmFilm line.
Getting it for my new S22+ and one for the S21+ that is going to the wife.
She is having fun shopping for cases. :)

Mav.

Whatever it shows up with already on it. My S20+ still has the factory one on it.

I don't do screen protectors for my phone. Don't like them. My screens are flawless. A good case, with raised edges works for me. I don't throw my phone in my bag, with keys and other stuff to scratch the screen. My phone goes in a pocket inside my bags... always. I'm very careful...and it's part of my life, so it's not tedious. I'm used to being careful. These phones cost too much money.

I've never had a scratched up or cracked screen, in all my years of smart phones.

I've had a Whitestone Dome on my Note 9 for 3.5 years. I try to be very careful, but drops are almost inevitable. Sometime in the last year I got a fine crack in the Dome glass, but not enough to bother me. That probably would have been a cracked phone screen without the Dome glass installed. I just removed it to confirm that the phone glass is perfect (it is), as I'm trading it in for an S22 Ultra. I would like to put Dome glass on it as well, but I'm wondering if it will work with the Samsung leather case. I like the looks of that case around the camera lenses.

I've installed quite a few Whitestone Glass protectors, only messing it up once. Read the instructions carefully, watch the installation video, use a flat surface, and take your time and be careful. It requires some care, but it's not brain surgery.

That's why I said to myself. Then both my S21 and pixel 6 somehow got several bad micro scratches. IMO Victus is not as good at preventing scratches as previous versions. I highly recommend getting a screen protector.

I'll take my chances. I have insurance. I hate screen protectors.

Hi,

I've used the Whitestone Dome on my previous Note phones along with using the Samsung Black Leather cover with no issues.

What screen protector will you be using on your new phone? I got the AACL from Amazon. It seems similar to the Whitestone dome but appears easier to install.

[Fingerprint Compatible][2-Pack] 3D Tempered Glass for Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G Screen Protector, [UV Gel Application][Easy Installation with Alignment][Anti-Scratch][Case Friendly] https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09P84TTH...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU7037226

Ordered Whitestone on the 11th. Just delivered today.
Now just waiting for my otterbox Commuter case to get here.

In all my excitement I forgot to buy a screen protector. Lol I know my Note 10+ came with one already applied. In fact it's still on there. Does the S22 series come with screen protectors applied already?

When you apply it, make sure you share with us how it went. I'm sure a lot of people would love a Whitestone alternative...less expensive and easier to apply.

How hard is it placing these on the screen?

Two screen protectors in the box, but only one bottle of glue. How to apply the second protector if the first one will fail?

Yup. I also don't run my phones over with sherman tanks or explode dynamite on them hehe so no 18 layers of protectors on mine either. Been using Galaxy S series since the S2 Skyrocket and never once damaged a screen and I work construction, take it with me ATV and JetSki riding, and never once put a scratch on my phone screen. But if you like to carry your phone around in a bag of nails and bolts I can see the issue with needing 45 layers of screen protection on the top of it and then complain the finger scanner doesn't work lol. ;)
