Help needed for Samsung S7 edge

Phone could not turn on, could not turn off, could not reboot. Nothing worked after trying methods of suggestions.

It looks like your LED light is flashing blue. How long have you had the phone? Is all of your important information (photos, files) backed up? What methods have you already tried?

Hardware failure, is my guess.

The LED light in blue remain constantly on. Had this phone since 2015 as a secondary phone. No, don’t think I did a back up in recent months but that’s ok since I don’t store important files on this phone. Tried holding the power button for mins but nothing appears on screen. Tried holding the volume up button, home button and power button but again nothing appears on screen. Tried charging the phone but it’s not charging.

PS: Phone batt indicates 95% when I last using before it keep restarting then freeze.

Oh btw did a software update few days ago..

It does not respond to master/factory reset too. (Volume up + home buttons follow by power button)

Try holding the power button and volume down until it turns off
