Instagram S7 issues

I cannot upload to instagram stories. Cleared cache, reinstalled app, turned phone off.

Get 'posting' circle and error message. Had issue for a week or two and it's really annoying!

Uploaded straight into stories and from camera roll...no difference

I'm having the same issue on my S7. Tried logging in on my boyfriend's S7edge, but with no luck. Can't post to neither feed nor stories... Does anyone know how to fix this?

(Tried restarting the phone, reinstalling th he app, checked the WiFi... Doesn't work with 4G+ either).
