    AT&T, A couple weeks ago my S8 started having issues sending Text. Some text go through fine. Others spin and won’t send. try again and again, sometimes it sends. Sometimes it will not send at all.

    Troubleshooting:
    - Replaced SIM card
    - Reset Network settings
    - Factory reset phone

    AT&T Support:
    - I have called them 3 times, no success.
    - Each time they tell me they are escalating the issue, but I never get a call back.

    You using the stock Samsung message app? If do try something different like Google message app.

    Yes, I am using the default android messaging app. I have used this on this phone for a couple years without issue.

    I understand but wanted to see if this happening on 3rd party message app to see if its just stock problem or more into it .

    You can take a look at this link , someone had to change the APN which I'm not sure why but it worked for them .

    I tried the Google Messenger instead of the stock app. It’s the same result.
    To the same person, some go through and others don’t.
    I’ll look at the APN link to see if that helps.

    The APN change seems to have resolved the issue. This is frustrating as I have called AT&T three times with no success.

    Its tough to say , you would have to play around with APN settings see what works
