My s8 plus keeps coming up the a message the program has stopped working .

My phones keeps coming up with a message when I switch it on that says the program has stopped working its doesn't say app or anything descriptive. P.s this is a new a s8 plus and was happening on my old phone too so might have transferred over from my old phone. Any advice would be much appreciated thanks.

You will need to find out by a process of elimination if there are no clues as to the problem app. Sorry there isn't an easier way.

No clues no app crashes detected as for process of elimination I've been doing that for weeks to no avail

Try it in safe mode if still happening

I mean the tedious task of starting after a reset and gradually add apps you use until you get the message
