Sound dropping out - they can't hear me

HI I've got a Galaxy S9+ and when I am on WhatsApp calls, inevitably after a period of time, the person I'm talking to can no long hear me and I have to call them back. Sometimes the sound does come back, but the loss of sound happens with everyone and it didn't used to. I can still hear them but they can't hear me. Does anyone have any remedies for this?

I had the same problem with my S9+, with phone calls. All of a sudden, they couldn't hear me. I called Technical Support and in conclusion, ended up doing a factory reset. It helped. I would check with technical support on your phone to see if that's the needed remedy for you.

Is this on WiFi or mobile data?
If WiFi which probably most likey your on try different WiFi or mobile data see any difference
