Selling my rooted S3 but......

I'm selling my rooted S3 to purchase another android phone but I have titanium back up pro (paid version).
How do i get back TB (paid version) on the other android phone?

You simply install it - as long as you're using the same Google account you should have no issues reinstalling any/all of your apps again.
