G Tab 2 10.1 running slow

Guys

For the last few days my tablet has been very sluggish, wether switching between apps or browsing over WiFi or even typing. Any suggestions what I can do?

I'd reboot to start.

Then I'd go to Running Applications and selectively kill suspicions ones. Those recently installed are most suspect.
