Tab not turning on even after holding for 15 seconds++ weird charging patterns

i'm using GALAXY Tab 2 (10.1) GT-P1500 for a few months, it was fine recently and suddenly the tab turns off while i was using it, and when i tried to hold for 15 seconds or do the Power + volume button thing, it still won't turn on, i tried charging it for 2 days even, and while charging it shows a cycle of 3 screens:




and finally a black screen,

is it a hardware problem? :\
and is anyone else having the same problem with me?

It may be a battery problem, or the power button may be damaged.
